Following a nine year freeze, residents will see a small rise in Cherwell District Council's portion of the Council Tax for 2019/20. The average-sized house now pays £2.47 per week to cover local services such as waste and recycling, street cleaning, planning, housing, economic growth, leisure services, the environment, licensing and elections.
