Why do research?
It is sometimes assumed that you only need to do research when there is something you don’t know, and want to find out. This of course is one major reason for doing research and accounts for about quarter of all the projects we run at Marketing Means.
But research is just as important to do to confirm your assumptions or to deepen your knowledge and understand your audience even better. Research can be used to track how your target population perceive your organisation over time and whether the actions that you take are continuing to improve the service that you offer or the products that you sell.
Research, through providing you with considered interpretation of information, data & findings, allows you to make more accurate and effective decisions. One valuable tool in the decision making process.
