Data Capture

We can receive any kind of form - either designed by you, or created by us in conjunction with you – and capture the data either electronically or manually. 

We can provide the following services for you:

Data Processing - We have the tools and expertise to capture your data electronically (e.g. application forms, questionnaires, or direct mail responses) either through our scanners or online data capture tools. We are also able to provide fast and accurate manual data processing where required i.e. open ended questions on paper forms/surveys.

We can provide assurance of safe off-site data back-up.

Verification and Quality Checks - With the software tools we use for data capture we can assure data quality checks on all data processed with a minimum of 5% double data verification. 

Output - We can return your data to you in your preferred format, whether MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, .csv, ASCII, SPSS, to fit seamlessly with any existing datasets that you hold.
