Medical Services Research

Marketing Means have undertaken research to both NHS Primary Care Trusts and Alternative Providers of Medical Services. The kinds of research that we can offer include patient satisfaction and behaviour and attitude surveys.

Examples of our recent work include:

  • Providing on-going customer service research in collaboration with for a provider of Renal Care Services across the country

  • Patient ‘healthy living surveys’ (e.g. regarding smoking, exercise and alcohol use)for PCTs

Marketing Means offer a high quality, flexible, multi-modal approach (i.e. telephone, web, face-to-face, postal or a combination of methods) to ensure that response rates are maximised and that research is delivered in a cost effective manner.

All surveys are conducted entirely in-house and our interviewers are all CRB checked to ensure that quality is maintained and that any patient details needed for undertaking the research are kept in a controlled and safe environment.
