Tracker Surveys
Sometimes a one off survey is enough for your needs. It gives the snapshot you need to give you the information to make your decisions. On other occasions you need to follow people's opinions, attitudes or behaviour over a period of time. This might be before or after an action you are taking (i.e. a campaign or a specific project) or on an on-going basis (such as for an ongoing contract or programme). In these cases you will need some form of tracker survey to measure the impact that your work is having on people.
