Adherence to professional standards is essential if you want research you can trust.

At Marketing Means, we work with industry bodies and adhere to a number of standards, to give you the best quality survey planning, data collection and analysis. This includes:

  • The Market Research Society (MRS). MRS is the world’s largest trade association for the research sector. As an accredited company partner, we abide by its code of conduct and commit to the highest standards of research. We are also an accredited MRS Telephone Interviewer Training Centre. Interviewers gain the MRS Certificate in Interview Skills – an NVQ qualification.
  • The British Polling Council (BPC). As a member of the BPC, we must demonstrate that we use accurate and reliable sampling methods and weighting procedures, for truly unbiased research.
  • ISO 9001 (2000). We are accredited to this standard, and are constantly monitoring and developing our quality systems.
  • ISO 20252 and ISO 14001. We are currently incorporating these standards for market research and environmental management into our systems.
