Cory Burfield (Telephone Interviewer Supervisor) is responsible for the quality of telephone interviwers. She also looks after Marketing Means’ growing team of telephone interviewers. Within this role she ensures that experienced and skilled interviewers are allocated to each project and all fieldworkers abide by the quality procedures laid down by the MRS .

Cory also adminsters our MRS Accredited Interviewer Training Scheme.
